THP uses reliable vendors to ship our products direct to our customers. If you are not happy, please let us know so we may address this quickly and efficiently. 

Once the postal service used has our product, we cannot control the timeframe it takes to get to you. Please open a case with the correct postal carrier if you have not received your item and tracking had been issued.
